Caramelized pork belly recipe. Place 2 cups water stock soy ginger star anise and pork in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduc heat to low cover and simmer for 1 12 hours or until the pork is tender. Remove from the heat and cool.

Pour the coconut water mixture over the pork belly reduce heat to medium low to maintain a light simmer- adjust stovetop temperature as needed and cook uncovered for 30 minutes to reduce the liquid and to create a sticky caramelized sauce.
